I Love the CHI!
I had been using a cheap, $20 clunky straightener and the CHI is such a sigh of relief. It straightens in half the time and leaves my hair silky and shiny.

Unhappy with New Chi
I have used and bought a Chi in the past and absolutely love them. I burnt my last Chi during my last trip to Europe.
